I-91 Sunday Overpass ProtestSunday, Jan 11, 1 pmOrganizer: Indivisible Greater FallsLocation: Westminster, Kurn Hattin Road I-91 overpass south of Exit 5
Weather and roadside conditions permitting, we gather every Sunday afternoon on the Kurn Hattin Road I-91 overpass. If you can’t stay for a full two hours, no problem. Come join us for whatever time you can, engage with others who share your feelings about this out-of-control regime, encourage others to hold them accountable, and make some new friends along the way.
We face north to engage with travelers heading south, many returning from a weekend in Vermont, as well as locals out enjoying their weekend. It’s really important to always think of safety first for our members and the drivers passing to keep us in good standing with the whole community.

| prisons, like CoreCivic and the Geo Group, Citizens Bank has deepened their funding relationship.
Stand up with groups at dozens of Citizen Bank branches across the region to send them a clear message: financing The GEO Group and CoreCivic is bad for business.
These notorious for-profit prison companies are being called on to be part of an unprecedented expansion in capacity as part of the current administration’s mass detention, deportation, and surveillance policies. They are poised to make huge profits as the system grows. Since 2019, most lenders have cut ties with these two companies due to allegations from forced labor to securities fraud. Not Citizens Bank.
We won’t quietly stand by as Citizens continues to finance the private prision and ICE detention companies that are harming our communities.
The 2019 exodus of banks from the private prision industry in respone to activism should be a reminder to us that our voices matter.
Now it’s time to use them.

| Nonviolent Direct Action at ICEDate TBDOrganizer: Justice For All Location: planning via Zoom
A small group of experienced activists are meeting this month to discuss organizing a nonviolent action outside the CBP or ICE offices in St Albans sometime later this winter or early spring. We anticipate it being a large, legal action that would also include a component that may be risking arrest. We would appreciate having participation from around the state and would like to gauge interest. Please reply about your interest in participating in such an event, including potentially risking arrest. We will schedule a video meeting with interested people in January.

| fascist/authoritarian governments, particularly in the U.S. and Israel.
We will start with a broad overview of the current events and consequences of this collusion, especially as it relates to the surveillance and persecution of activists working for Palestinian liberation. What are the ultimate goals of these techno-fascist players? What tools do they use to spy on and censor us? How does AI fit into this picture? And what precautions can we take to protect ourselves and our communities as we take action both online and in the streets?
Omar Zahzah is a writer, poet, organizer of Lebanese Palestinian descent, and Assistant Professor of Arab and Muslim Ethnicities and Diasporas (AMED) Studies at San Francisco State University. Omar has covered digital repression in relation to Palestine as a freelance journalist since May 2021, with work appearing in such outlets as Al Jazeera, Middle East Eye, Electronic Intifada, Mondoweiss, CounterPunch, and more. Omar holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from UCLA. His latest book is Terms of Servitude: Zionism, Silicon Valley, and Digital Settler Colonialism in the Palestinian Liberation Struggle, published by Seven Stories Press Sept. 2025.
Mica is a community organizer in central VT concerned about digital security and privacy, surveillance capitalism, and the rise of techno-fascism in the U.S. and beyond. They teach workshops on the political and practical aspects of these issues, and volunteer with the Privacy Possums, a collective that helps individuals improve privacy and security protocols on their devices.
